Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the referral program offered by Property Strats PTY LTD.

1Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to the referral program offered by Property Strats PTY LTD (“the Company”). The program is designed to reward existing clients who refer new clients to Property Strats.

By participating in the referral program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2Eligibility

To be eligible for a referral reward, the referrer must:

  • Be a current or past client of the Company;
  • Refer a new client who has not previously engaged with or been introduced to the Company;
  • Ensure the referred client mentions the referrer’s name prior to or during their initial consultation.

Employees, contractors, and referral partners operating under separate agreements may be excluded from this program unless otherwise approved in writing.

3Qualified Referral

A referral will be considered qualified when the referred client:

  • Signs a Buyer’s Agency Agreement with the Company; and
  • Pays all required engagement fees in full.

The Company reserves the right to determine whether a referral qualifies under this program.

4Referral Reward

Eligible referrers will receive the agreed referral reward once the referred client becomes unconditional on a property purchase and all invoices have been paid in full.

Referral rewards may be provided in the form of:

Either a $1,000 gift voucher or a $2,000 loyalty credit toward your next property acquisition with us.

The reward amount and structure may be changed, updated, or withdrawn at any time without notice.

5Payment Timeframes

Referral rewards are generally processed within 14 business days after:

  • The referred client’s property purchase becomes unconditional; and
  • The Company has received all associated payments.

6Multiple Referrals

If multiple parties refer to the same client, the referral reward will only be paid to the first person recorded by the Company as having made the introduction.

7Non-Transferable

Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged unless approved by the Company.

8Compliance with Laws

Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including taxation obligations associated with receiving referral rewards.

The Company may withhold or decline payment where required by law.

9No Guarantee

Participation in the referral program does not guarantee:

  • Acceptance of a referred client;
  • A successful property purchase; or
  • Payment of a referral reward.

The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any referred client at its discretion.

10Changes to the Program

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Modify these Terms & Conditions;
  • Change referral reward amounts;
  • Suspend or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

11Privacy

Any personal information shared as part of the referral process must be provided with the consent of the referred individual.

The Company will handle all personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
